Our Mission
CVC Charity works to empower Syrian communities by restoring life, building hope, and fostering resilience through comprehensive and sustainable programs in education, livelihoods and empowerment, protection, relief, and environmental preservation.
The association is committed to rebuilding Syria Step by Step, grounded in the principles of social justice, peace, and local development, while ensuring the protection of natural resources for long-term recovery and sustainable impact.
CVC also strives to support and empower the most vulnerable, fragile, and marginalized groups, enabling them to become active members of society and walk alongside the rest of the Syrian community toward a brighter future.
Who We Are
CVC Charity was founded in 2025 by a group of Syrian humanitarian activists who began their relief efforts in 2013 to support displaced Syrians in both Lebanon and Turkey. The organization was officially established as a continuation of years of structured and volunteer-driven humanitarian work, with the goal of strengthening humanitarian response and expanding assistance to the most vulnerable populations.
At the onset of the Syrian crisis, CVC’s founders dedicated their efforts to providing humanitarian aid to those most in need. Following the major changes in 2024 and the return of many Syrians to their homeland, the association was reestablished inside Syria under the same name. It was officially registered with the Syrian Ministry of Social Affairs under number 1704, marking a new phase of humanitarian action and community development from within the country.
Over the years, CVC Charity has gained experience in implementing humanitarian programs and supporting families and individuals affected by crises, particularly in Lebanon, Turkey, and northern Syria. The association has focused its efforts on developing comprehensive and sustainable programs in the fields of education, livelihoods, protection, relief, and environmental preservation, to strengthen community resilience and long-term empowerment.
Today, CVC Charity continues its mission inside Syria, supporting vulnerable groups, strengthening resilience, and promoting sustainable local development — Step by Step — through integrated and effective programs that ensure lasting impact.

Association of Charity and Voluntary Convention (CVC Charity) was not created in an office, nor born from privilege or ease. It rose from
pain and hope, from simple moments that carried extraordinary courage.
It began with a teacher who reopened her classroom among the ruins, determined to keep knowledge alive. With a farmer who returned to his scorched land, replanting every seed as if restoring the memory of his ancestors.
It grew with the smile of a child sitting on the floor of his school, learning with windows sealed by plastic, yet believing in tomorrow. And with a young man who, after years of loss, returned to education — gaining a skill that restored dignity to himself and stability to his family.
It was shaped by a mother who turned a sewing machine into a lifeline for her orphaned children, and a father who found shelter among the rubble of his village and rebuilt a livelihood from almost nothing. And by a man who survived imprisonment, returning to his family carrying nothing but warmth, safety, and hope.
CVC Charity was born from a people who rise again, gathering the fragments of their homes, restoring streets, schools, and public spaces — rebuilding a country whose history once made it the jewel of the East.
Our story is not just a record of humanitarian work. It is a testament to the belief that recovery begins when people rediscover their strength, and when communities find hope within one another.
